(g) And the residue of said proceeds of sale to Woodstock
College, Baltimore County, Maryland.

9. To the deed and conveyance of certain lots of ground
situated in the City of Baltimore, Maryland and more fully
and particularly described in a deed dated March 16, 1920,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 3545, folio 558, from said Margaret Ann Brady to
Charles J. Bouchet in trust (the said trust being now termin-
ated) and. after the termination of said trust to Woodstock
College of Baltimore County, Maryland, absolutely.

To the deed and conveyance from William Hunt, unmarried,
to the Trustees of the Howard Park Methodist Episcopal Church
in Baltimore County, Maryland, a body corporate, dated Sep-
tember 28, 1927 and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City in Liber S. C. L. 4795, folio 28 and to the deed and
conveyance from Edna Hunt, unmarried, to the Trustees of the
Howard Park Methodist Episcopal Church in Baltimore County,
Maryland, a body corporate, dated September 28, 1927 and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C, L. No. 4795, folio 29.

To the bequests and devises to The Home for the Aged of the
Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, a body corporate,
in the last will and testament of John Davis, deceased, said will
being dated July 9, 1915, which said bill was duly probated and
is recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Liber H. W. J. No. 142, folio 152.

To a deed from Harry Wroth Shenton, substitute Trustee of
the estate of John Davis, deceased, to The Home for the Aged
of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, a body
corporate, dated October 18, 1927, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No, 4799, folio 604,
etc., to all the fee simple properties therein known as follows:
1002 North Chapel Street, 520 North Patterson Park Avenue,
310 South Regester Street, 3806 Greenmount Avenue, 2513 East
Fairmount Avenue, 2519 East Fairmount Avenue, 2500 East
Fairmount Avenue, 3421 Park Heights Avenue, 1500 Belt Ave-
nue, 2825 Guilford Avenue, 406 North Chester Street, 522
North Collington Avenue, 142 North East Avenue, 144 North
East Avenue, 1736 Ruxton Avenue, 419 North Chester Street,
3116 Harford Road, 2443 East Biddle Street, 700 South Fourth
Street, 720 North Luzerne Street, 3423 Holmes Avenue, 3425
Holmes Avenue, 4407 Reisterstown Road, 4409 Reisterstown
Road.

To the deed and conveyance of a lot of ground in Baltimore
City at the southeast corner of Lanvale Street and Carrollton
Avenue, and described in a Deed, dated March 2, 1928, from;
