1388 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 573

To the devise and bequest of the residue of his estate made
by and contained; in the last will and testament of Washington
Foster, late of Cecil County, deceased, to the Board of Trustees
of the Wilmington Conference of the Methodist Episcopal
Church, said will being dated March 3, 1922 and recorded in
Liber Q, Volume 24, folio 504, etc., of the Wills Records of Cecil
County.

To the following. bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Margaret Ann Brady, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
which Will is recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City in Wills Liber B. R. D. No. 157, folio 66.

A bequest of forty shares of stock of the Consolidated Gas
and Electric Company of Baltimore to the Carmelite Sisters
of Baltimore.

2. A bequest of One Hundred Dollars ($100) to the National
Shrine of Our Lady in Washington, D. C.

3. A bequest of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1, 500)
to the Associated Professors of Loyola College, Baltimore.

4. A bequest of Pour Hundred Dollars ($400) to St. Vin-
cent's Infant Asylum, Baltimore.

5. A bequest of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) to St. Mary's
Industrial School for Boys, Baltimore.

6. A bequest of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) to St. Vin-
cent's Male Orphan Asylum, Baltimore.

7. A bequest of the residue of the estate of said dec eased to
the Corporation of the Roman Catholic Clergymen, Maryland,
known as Woodstock College.

8. To the deed and conveyance by Margaret Ann Brady to
Charles J. Bouchet, Trustee, for the sale of certain lots of ground
situated in the City of Baltimore, Maryland, and more fully
described in said Deed dated May 27, 1920 and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3595,
folio 249, to sell said lots and out of the proceeds thereof to pay:

(a) Six Thousand Dollars ($6, 000) to the Associated Pro-
fessors of Loyola College, Baltimore.

(b) Five Thousand Dollars ($5, 000) to St. Joseph's Passion-
ist Monastery on Frederick Road, Baltimore.

(c) Two Thousand Dollars ($2, 000) to the Carmelite Sisters.
of Baltimore.

(d) Five Hundred Dollars ($500) to the Carmelite Convent
in Bettendorf in the State of Iowa.

(e) Five Thousand Dollars ($5, 000) to the Catholic Foreign
Missions Society of America, Incorporated.

(f) One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000) to the Little Sisters of
the Poor, Baltimore,
