ground in Baltimore City, on the west side of Grantley Street
and described as the first, second, third and fourth lots in a Deed
from James Keelty and wife to Jacob S. Dyer, dated August 24,
1923 and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City,
in Liber S. C. L. No. 4065, folio 278, etc., and known a, s Nos.
702, 704, 706 and 708 Grantley Street, and also to a devise to
the Home for the Aged of the Methodist Episcopal Church of
Baltimore City of a yearly ground rent of Seventy-two Dollars
($72. 00), issuing out of the lot of ground in Baltimore City on
the southwest side of McCulloh Street, and described in a Deed
from T. Milton Jones and wife to Jacob S. Dyer, dated January
10, 1914, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2871, folio 463, etc., and known as
No 2504 McCulloh Street.

(d) To a devise to The Strawbridge Home for Boys, Incor-
porated, of a yearly ground rent of Seventy-two Dollars, issuing
out of a lot of ground in Baltimore City, on the northeast side
of McCulloh Street, and described in a Deed from T. Milton
Jones and wife to Jacob S. Dyer, dated October 1, 1912, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber
S. C, L. No. 2770, folio 319, etc., and known as No. 2453
McCulloh Street.

To the gift, devise; and bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Charles C. Waters, late of Frederick County, Mary-
land, deceased, duly probated, admitted to record and recorded
in Liber G. E. S. No. 1, folio 561, one of the Record Books for
Wills in the Office of the1 Register of Wills for Frederick County,
of all of testator's residuary estate, real, personal and mixed, in
remainder to the Order of the Holy Cross, a body corporate of
the State of New York.

To the deed and Conveyance of the lot of ground in Baltimore
City at the northeast corner of Aisquith and Lexington Streets,
and described in a Deed to the Trustees of the Baltimore Annual
Conference of the African Methodist Episcopal Church from the
Progressive Labor Lyceum Association of Baltimore City, dated
February 29, 1928, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4855, folio 406, etc.

(b) To the deed and conveyance of two lots of ground on the
east side of Aisquith Street north, of Lexington Street and
adjoining the property at the northeast corner of Aisquith and
Lexington Streets, and described in a Deed to the Trustees of
the Baltimore Annual Conference of the African Methodist
Episcopal Church from the African Methodist Bethel Church
of the City of Baltimore, dated December 1, 1909, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L.,
No. 2548, folio 56, etc.
