said income not required for such purposes be used by the said
vestry in its discretion for the benefit of said parish.

(3) One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000) unto the Reverend "Wil-
liam Adam McClenthen, or should he die before me, then I give
and bequeath the said sum to the Reverend William Franklin
Venables; in either case absolutely.

(4) All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate and
property, real and personal, which I may be in any manner en-
titled to dispose of at the time of my death, unto the Convention
of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland,
and I request that the income thereof be used for such church
purposes as the Bishop of said Diocese may direct, or for the
Diocesan Missions; but it is my intent that this devise and
bequest to said corporation shall be absolute and free from any
trust.

To the following bequests and devises contained in the last
will and testament and codicils thereto of Jacob S. Dyer, late
of Baltimore City, deceased, duly admitted to probate by the
Orphans' Court of Baltimore City, on September 13, 1927, and
recorded in the Office of the Register of "Wills of Baltimore
City, Liber E. R. D. No. 159, folio 165, etc., that is to say:

(a) To a bequest of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000) and to
an additional bequest of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000) to the
Kelso Home for Orphans of the Methodist Episcopal Church of
Baltimore City.

(b) To devise to the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of Columbia Street Station in the City of Baltimore of
two yearly ground rents of Seventy-five Dollars ($75. 00) each
issuing out of two lots of ground in Baltimore City on the east
side of Bentalou Street, and described in a Deed from George
W. Schoenhals and wife to Jacob S. Dyer dated December 1.
1922, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City,
in Liber S. G. L. No. 3940, folio 47, etc., known as Nos. 921 and
923 North, Bentalou Street; and also to a devise to the Trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Columbia Street Station
in, the City of Baltimore, of four yearly ground rents of Sixty-
five Dollars ($66. 00) each, issuing out of four lots of ground in
Baltimore City, on the north side of Lexington Street, and de-
scribed as the second, third, fourth and sixth lots in a Deed
from Jacob E. Thomas land wife to Jacob S. Dyer, dated October
25, 1901 and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City, in Liber E. O. No. 1927, folio 98, etc.

(c) To a devise to the Home for the Aged of the Methodist
Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, of three yearly ground
rents of Ninety Dollars ($90. 00) each and one yearly ground
rent of Seventy-two Dollars ($72. 00) issuing out of four lots of
