To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
Alice S. Englar, deceased, of Carroll County of One Hundred
and Fifty Dollars ($150) to the Church of the Brethren at
Pipe Creek, Carroll County, for the care of the graves of her
family, and to. the bequest of One Hundred Dollars ($100)
to the Church of the Brethren at Westminster, in said county;
the said will being probated February 27, 1928, and recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills for Carroll County in
Liber W. F. B. No. 13, folio 378.

To the conveyance by Howard W. H. Taylor and Emma E.
Taylor, his wife, to the Lafayette Square Presbyterian Church of
the city of Baltimore, by deed dated April 16, 1925 and recorded
in Liber S. C. L. No. 4372, folio 3 of the Land Records of
Baltimore City of the lot on the north side of Lanvale Street
in Baltimore City twenty-three (23) feet by ninety-nine (99)
feet subject to a ground rent of Seventy-five Dollars ($75. 00).

To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
Reverdy J. Winebrener, deceased, of Frederick County, of
One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000) to the Glade Church in said
county; the said will being recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills of Frederick County in Liber G. E. S. No. 2, folio 198.

To the gifts, bequests and devises contained in the last will
and testament of Margaret K. Reed, deceased, of Calvert County,
Maryland, to and for the use of sundry ministerial persons,
churches and denominations. That is to say:

(1) To the Vestry of All Saints Parish, Calvert County,
Maryland, all of my undivided interest in that portion of the
real estate inherited by me f roan my father, James. P. King,
which is situated in the Third Election District of Calvert
County, Maryland, on the Patuxent River, and known as the
"River Farm containing two hundred and fifty (250) acres of
land, more or less: including 'also any additional estate or
interest in said farm which I may acquire from my said sister
if she should die before me. And without imposing any trust or
legal obligation, I request that the income from said property
be used for the. support of the minister of said parish.

(2) To the Vestry of All Saints Parish, of Calvert County,
Maryland, the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000) requesting
that the sum be safely invested by said vestry, and that the
annual income thereof be appropriated to the repair and res-
toration of all the private burial lots within the enclosures
of the All Saints Church edifice, and the placing of flowers
every year over the graves of my father and family in said
enclosure, and in keeping in good condition and repair the
grounds within the said church premises; that any excess of
