ALBERT C. RITCHIE, GOVERNOR. 1347

date of the twenty-fourth day of November, 1848, thence run-
ning with and bounding on part of said line south seventy-four
and one-quarter (74¼) degrees east fifty (50) feet, thence
Southwestwardly parallel with the first line one hundred and
five (105) feet six (6) inches to the north side of Fair Oak
Avenue, thence northwestwardly bounding on the north side
of said Avenue fifty (50) feet to the place of beginning. Sub-
ject to leaving open three (3) feet along the second line of the
above description thereof. The improvements thereon being
known as No. 618 Fair Oak Avenue.

To the deed dated September 25th, 1906, from Rudolph
Sommerwerck and wife to The First German United Evangel-
ical Church of Baltimore City, recorded in Liber R. O. No.
2274, folio 405, conveying title to fee simple property known
as No. 1824 E. Baltimore Street.

To the deed from The First German United Evangelical
Church of Baltimore City to Bessie Pollock, dated October
30th, 1928, conveying the fee simple title to property No. 1824
E. Baltimore Street,

To a deed from Edwin M. Klitch, unmarried, to Eastern
States Mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day
Saints, dated August 2nd, 1923, and recorded in Liber S. C.
L. No. 4057, folio 617.

To a deed from the Eastern States Mission of the Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints et al. to the Corporation of
the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-
Day Saints, dated the 30th day of November, 1928, covering
property located at the southeast corner of Wolf e and Federal
Streets, deed being recorded February 21st, 1929.

To the bequest of $200. 00 contained in the will of Mary
Anna Fisher, late of Baltimore City, Md., deceased, bearing
date August 10th, 1926, and recorded in the Office of the Reg-
ister of Wills in Liber E. R. D. No. 161, folio 16, to St. An-
thony's Orphan Asylum of Baltimore, a body corporate, said
bequest being given nominally in said will to "St. James Or-
phan Asylum, " but construed by the Circuit Court No. 2 of
Baltimore City to be a bequest to said St. Anthony's Orphan
Asylum of Baltimore City.

To the bequest of $13, 121. 00 contained in the last will and
testament of Harriet Julia Bennett to the Commissariat of the
Holy Land of the United States of America and the Associate
