(t) Bequest of all the rest, residue and remainder of said
estate to The Associated Professors of Saint Mary's Seminary
of Baltimore, Maryland, to be used for the construction of such
buildings as may be necessary for the purposes of said Sem-
inary. Said building to be erected to be in memory of my
husband, "Drayton M. Hite, and Elizabeth C. Hite. "
To the gifts and bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Peter (rough Edelen, late of Baltimore City, as per
his last will and testament, dated July 8th, 1927, and recorded
among the records in the Office of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore City in Liber E. R. D. No. 160, folio 337, etc., for
the use and benefit of sundry ministerial persons, religious de-
nominations, corporations or sects and to certain charitable in-
stitutions.
(a) Bequest unto Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Arch-
bishop of Baltimore, at the time being and his successors in the
Archieopiscopal See of Baltimore, subject to the discipline and
government of the Roman Catholic Church, the sum of one
hundred dollars ($100.00) for the care and upkeep of the
burial lot of my people in New Town Roman Catholic Church
Cemetery in St. Mary's County, Maryland.
(b) Bequest unto The Associated Professors of Loyola Col-
lege of Baltimore City, the sum of three hundred dollars
($300. 00) for masses for the repose of the souls of my wife,
Frances R. Edelen, and myself.
To the property conveyed by Maggie Aull and Louisa F.
Aull, both unmarried, to The Trustees of the Huntington Bap-
tist Church, a body corporate of the State of Maryland, said
deed being dated June 19th, 1928, and recorded on June 22nd,
1928, among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 4894, folio 470, the property being described as
follows:
Beginning for the same on the north side of Fair Oak Ave-
nue at the distance of one hundred ninety-three (193) feet
southeasterly from the intersection formed by the north side
of said Avenue and the east side of Old York Road, which
place of beginning is designated to be at the end of the third
line of the ground conveyed by Jacob H. Aull et al. to Louisa
F. Aull, thence running with and bounding on said third line
reversely northeasterly one hundred and six (106) feet until it
intersects the second line of the ground conveyed by Henry
Bowerman and wife et al. to Jacob Aull by deed bearing the
