(i) Bequest to The St. Joseph's Union for Homeless and
Destitute Children of New York, of which Rev. Mallick J.
Fitzpatrick is at present the head, the sum of $3,000.00.
(j) Bequest to St. Martin's Day Nursery of Baltimore, Md.,
the sum of $10,000.00, with the request that an endowment
fund be established for the uses of said Nursery to be known
as "Drayton M. Hite Fund. "
(k) Bequest to St. Mary's Industrial School for Boys of the
City of Baltimore, in the State of Maryland, the sum of
$5, 000. 00.
(1) Bequest to The Associated Professors of Loyola College,
in the City of Baltimore, Maryland, the sum of $2,000.00 for
High School, and the sum of $3,000.00 for use of College, with
the request that scholarships be established to be known as "The
Drayton M. Hite Scholarships."
(m) Bequest, to St. Vincent's de Paul Society of Baltimore,
Maryland, the sum of $5,000.00.
(n) Bequest to The Institute of Mission Helpers of Balti-
more City, for use in the work of St. Francis Xavier's Board-
ing and Day School at Irvington, Md., the sum of $5,000.00.
(o) The Home for Incurables of Baltimore City the sum
of $5,000.00.
(p) Bequest to The Saint Joseph's Hospital of Baltimore
City, Md., the sum of $10,000.00.
(q) Bequest to The Church Home and Infirmary of The
City of Baltimore, Maryland, the sum of $1,000.00.
(r) Bequest to Saint Mary's Seminary of Baltimore City,
Maryland, the sum of $20,000, with the request that the said
sum be used for the purpose of educating two men for the
Priesthood to be selected from the diocese of Maryland, and
known as "The Drayton M. Hite and Elizabeth C. Hite
Scholarships."
(s) Bequest to the Bon Secour Sisters of Baltimore City,
Maryland, the sum of $100,000.00, with the request that the
said sum be used for the purpose of providing at least four
rooms for the use of four persons to be chosen in the discretion
of the Sisters of Bon Secour in charge of said Hospital and
balance of said money if any to be used for construction of such
buildings as may be necessary for uses of said hospital. Said
gift being in memory of Drayton M. Hite and Elizabeth C.
Hite, in will dated December 16th, 1926, and recorded in Wills
E. R. D. No. 158, folio 262, etc.
