1344 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 554

To the bequests contained in the last will and testament of
Charlotta Randolph Robinson, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, Wills, Liber E. R. D. No. 158, folio 197, etc.

To the Reverend Mother Etheldred, formerly Saint John's
House for Children, Arlington, Massachusetts, the sum of
$200. 00.

To the devise and bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Joseph A. Grindall, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased. Wills, Liber E. R. D. No. 163, page 241, etc.

His entire or residuary estate to or in trust for The St.
Agnes Hospital of the City of Baltimore and or the Roman
Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore and his successors, for the
uses and purposes therein mentioned.

To the gifts and bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Elizabeth C. Hite, deceased, late of Baltimore City, as
follows:

(a) Bequest to Rev. Wm. Page Dame absolutely the sum
of $1,000.00.

(b) Bequest to Rev. Charles M. Morrisey of St. Gregory's
Roman Catholic Church in the City of Baltimore the sum of
$1,000.00, with the request that it be used in the manner here-
tofore mentioned "by me" to him.

(c) Bequest to Rev. Joseph Little, residing at Taneytown,
Maryland, the sum of $500.00, with the request that it be used
in the manner heretofore mentioned "by me" to him.

(d) Bequest to the Maryland Historical Society of Balti-
more, Md., the sum of $4,000.00.

(e) Bequest to the Carmelite Sisters of Baltimore, Mary-
land, the sum of $5,000.00.

(f) Bequest to The Carmelite Sisters of Philadelphia, Penn-
sylvania, the sum of $10,000.00.

(g) Bequest to The President and Council of Mt. St. Mary's
College, Emmitsburg, Maryland, the sum of $8,000.00, with
the request that the said Institution establish a scholarship "in
memory of my late husband, Dray ton M. Hite. "

(h) Bequest to The Academy of Visitation Convent, Fred-
erick, Maryland, the sum of $8,000.00, with the request that
the said Institution establish a scholarship to be known as "The
Curran Sisters Scholarship."
