1332 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 554

Andrew's Episcopal Church, Clear Spring, Md., and if said
house is not needed for a Rectory, it can be sold and the pro-
ceeds given to the Bishop of Maryland, for St. Andrew's
Church, Clear Spring, Md.

(c) To certain money bequests payable to individuals who
had pre-deceased testatrix, which under will of testatrix is pay-
able to St. Andrew's Church, Clear Spring, Md.

To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars to St. Peters
Lutheran Church at Clear Spring, Maryland, as contained in
the last will and testament of Annie Silver, deceased, of record
in Wills, Liber No. 16, folio 125, etc., one of the record books
in the Office of the Register of Wills for Washington County.

To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars to St. Paul's Re-
formed Lutheran Church of Washington County, as contained
in the last will and testament of J. Edward Wolford, deceased,
of record in Wills, Liber No. 16, folio 145, etc., one of the
record books in the Office of the Register of Wills for Washing-
ton County.

To the bequest of "Washington County Hospital Associa-
tion" of Washington County, Maryland under the conditions
set forth in the second paragraph of the last will and testa-
ment of Elias Young, Jr., deceased, of record in Wills, Liber
No. 16, folios 159, etc., one of the record books in the Office
of the Register of Wills for Washington County.

To the bequest of the residue and remainder of the estate
of Charlotte Hammond, deceased, to the Day Nursery now
situate and established at Hagerstown, Md., or to its Board of
Trustees, as the case may be, of record in Wills, Liber No. 16,
folios 175, etc., one of the record books in the Office of the
Register of Wills for Washington County.

To the bequest of the rest and residue of the estate of Irene
Smith, deceased, to the Washington County Free Library, the
income therefrom to be used for educational purposes of said
Library and in the interest of the Children's Department there-
of, under the conditions set forth in paragraph five, of the last
will and testament of said deceased, of record in Wills, Liber
No. 16, folios 189, etc., one of the record books in the Office
of the Register of Wills for Washington County.

To the bequest of Two Hundred Dollars to St. Johns
A. M. E. Church, Baltimore, Md., and the bequest of Three
Hundred Dollars to Ebenezer A. M. E. Church of Hagerstown,
