Md., as contained in the last will and testament of Mary G.
Pierce, deceased of record in Wills, Liber No. 16, folios 212,
etc., one of the record books in the Office of the Register of
Wills for Washington County.

To the bequest of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars unto
Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Boonsboro, Maryland,
as contained in the last will and testament of Josiah Houpt,
deceased, of record in Wills, Liber No. 16, folios 213, etc.,
one of the record books in the Office of the Register of Wills
for Washington County.

To the conditional bequest to the United Brethern Church
of Smoketown, Washington County, Md., as set forth in Item
3, of the last will and testament of Mary E. Kline, deceased,
of record in Wills, Liber No. 16, folios 234, etc., one of the
record books in the Office of the Register of Wills for Wash-
ington County.

To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
James A. Barnes, deceased, bearing date July 31st, 1922, and
recorded among the will records of Carroll County, in Liber
F. F. B. No. 13, folio 318, etc., of the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars to the Trustees of the Taylorsville Methodist Episco-
pal Church a religious body corporate at Taylorsville, Carroll
County, in the State of Maryland, the income therefrom to be
used in the care and upkeep of the cemetery adjoining the
Methodist Episcopal Church at Taylorsville.

To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
Mary E. Frizzell, deceased, bearing date July 22nd, 1925, and
recorded among the will records of Carroll County, Maryland
in Liber W. F. B. No. 13, folio 321, etc., of the sum of
One Hundred Dollars to the Trustees of Mount Pleasant Meth-
odist Episcopal Church for the upkeep of Mount Pleasant
Cemetery.

To the bequest in remainder to the Roman Catholic Arch-
bishop of Baltimore, contained in the last will and testament
of Agnes Ciotti, deceased, late of Baltimore City, Maryland,
of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said City
in "Wills" Liber E. R. D. 156, folio 232, and as provided for
in agreement between Andrew Ciotti et al. and Safe Deposit
and Trust Company of Baltimore, dated June 4th, 1927 (un-
recorded).

To the gift of income to the Pastor of St. Mary's Roman
Catholic Church at Bryantown, Maryland, and gift in remain-
