Fund to the Hagerstown Day Nursery as contained in the last
will and testament of William M. Updegrapff, deceased, of
record in Wills, Liber No. 16, folios 53, etc., one of the record
books in the Office of the Register of Wills for Washington
County.
To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Frank N. Fahrney, late of Washington County,
deceased, of record in Wills, Liber No. 16, folios 65, etc., one
of the record books in the Office of the Register of Wills for
Washington County, after the death of Theodore W. Fahrney
brother of said deceased:
(a) To the bequest of Five Thousand Dollars to the First
Brethren Church of Hagerstown, Maryland.
(b) To the bequest of Five Thousand Dollars to the Fahrney
Memorial Home for the Aged of Washington County at Maple-
ville, Washington County, Maryland.
(c) To the bequest of Five Thousand Dollars to the Hagers-
town Day Nursery, Incorporated, Hagerstown, Maryland.
(d) To the bequest of Five Thousand Dollars unto the
Brethren Home of Flora, Indiana.
(e) To the bequest of the rest and residue of the Trust Fund
created by paragraph five of the will of testator unto the First
Brethren Church of Hagerstown, Washington County, Mary-
land.
To the bequest of Five Hundred Dollars to the Trustees of
Damascus Christian Church located in Thompson Township,
Fulton County, Pennsylvania, as contained in paragraph three
of the last will and testament of W. Riley Daniels, deceased,
of record in Wills, Liber No. 16, folio 93, one of the record
books in the Office of the Register of Wills for Washington
County.
To the bequests contained in the last will and testament of
Susan Drane Johnson, deceased, of record in Wills, Liber No.
16, folio 110, etc., one of the record books in the Office of the
Register of Wills for Washington County.
(a) To the bequest of the proceeds of sale of farm after the
payment of certain bequests, to the Bishop of Maryland to be
used for St. Andrew's Church, Clear Spring, Maryland.
(b) To the devise of the house owned by Testatrix in
Clear Spring, Maryland, to be used for a Rectory for St.
