the Fourth Paragraph of said will.

(f) To the bequest of Five Thousand Dollars to Henry
Williams, for and during his natural life, and upon his death
the fund and any accumulated income to be paid to the Con-
vention of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of
Maryland under the provisions of the Seventh Paragraph of
said will.

To the bequest of Fifty Dollars to the Vestry of St. Paul's
Parish, Calvert County, State of Maryland, contained in the
last will and testament of Alexander R. Hagner, deceased, re-
corded in Wills, Liber No. 16, folios 4, etc., one of the record
books in the Office of the Register of Wills for Washington
County.

To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars to the United Breth-
ren Orphanage and Home at Quincy, Pennsylvania, contained
in the last will and testament of Margaret C. Bowman, de-
deceased, recorded in Wills, Liber No. 16, folios 16, etc., one
of the record books in the Office of the Register of Wills for
Washington County.

To the bequest contained in the First Paragraph of the last
will and testament of Jacob A. Miller, deceased, of record in
Wills, Liber No. 16, folios 37, etc., one of the record books in
the Office of the Register of Wills for Washington County, to
E. R. Niswander in trust for the benefit of testators sister,
May Jane Barncord, for and during her natural life, and after
the erection of a pair of common tombstones at her grave, the
balance remaining to be divided equally between the Old Folks
Home at San Mar, Washington County, Maryland, and the
Church of the Brethren at Broadfording, Washington County,
Maryland.

To the bequest of Two Hundred Dollars contained in the
last will and testament of Louisa J. Newcomer, deceased, of
record in Wills, Liber No. 16, folios 39, etc., one of the record
books in the Office of the Register of Wills for Washington
County to the Trustees of Benevola Chapel of the United
Brethren of Christ at Benevola, Washington County, Mary-
land, the income therefrom to be applied to the payment of the
general expenses of said church.

To the bequest of the rest and residue of his estate to Flor-
ence Sheeler Keedy, for and during the term of her natural
