Wills of Washington County.

To the bequest of Five Thousand Dollars to Saint Matthews
Evangelical Lutheran Church located at Beaver Creek, Mary-
land, contained in the last will and testament of Katie R.
Renner, deceased, of record in Wills, Liber No. 15, folios
689, etc., one of the record books in the Office of the Register
of Wills of Washington County.

To the following bequests contained in the Exemplified
Copy of the last will and testament of Sarah Sophia Wood,
deceased, of record in Wills, Liber No. 15, folios 693, etc., one
of the record books in the Office of the Register of Wills for
Washington County.

(a) To the bequest of One Thousand Dollars to the Con-
vention of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of
Maryland to defray the cost of a Parish Hall for St. Marks
Church, near Lappans Cross Roads, Washington County,
State of Maryland, under the provisions set forth in said will.

(b) To the bequest of Five Thousand Dollars to the Con-
vention of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of
Maryland, to be known as the Thomas and Mary P. Maddox
Memorial Fund, the income therefrom to be used as directed
by Third Paragraph of said will.

(c) To the bequest of Five Thousand Dollars to Elizabeth
Chew, for and during her natural life, and upon her death
said fund and any accumulated income to the Convention of
of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Mary-
land, under the provisions set forth in the Fourth Paragraph
of said will,

(d) To the bequest of Five Thousand Dollars to Rebecca
W. Nicholson, for and during her natural life, and upon her
death said fund and any accumulated income to the Conven-
tion of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of
Maryland to be held upon the terms and conditions set forth
in the Fourth Paragraph of said will.

(e) To the bequest of Five Thousand Dollars to Mariamme
Prioleau for and during her natural life, and then to her
grand-daughter, Ferinand Williams, for and during the term
of her natural life, and upon the death of both, the said fund
and any accumulated income shall be paid to the Convention
of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Mary-
