veying the reversionary interest in the annual ground rent of
$56.00 issuing out of No. 1419 N. Caroline St.

To the deed from Frank Muller and Ferinande Muller, his
wife, to Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, a corpo-
ration sole, dated April 14th, 1916, and recorded among the
land records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3041,
folio 229, conveying the reversionary interest in the annual
ground rent of $65. 91 2/3 issuing out of No. 1421 N. Caro-
line St.

To the deed from Helen M. Millegan, widow, to Roman
Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole, dated
January 13th, 1917, and recorded among the land records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3102, folio 548,
conveying the reversionary interest in the annual ground rent
of $27.00 issuing out of No. 1414 N. Dallas St.

To the deed from Samuel M. Dudley and Leonea B. Dud-
ley, his wife, to General Committee of the Church Extension
Society of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, a body
corporate of the State of Pennsylvania, dated August 25th,
1927, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 4781, folio 466, conveying fee simple
property known as No. 1118-1124 Pennsylvania Ave.

To the deeds from The Stonleigh Corporation to The First
and St. Stephen's Reformed Church of Baltimore, Maryland,
a body corporate, the first dated December 2nd, 1925, and
the second dated August 30th, 1928, and recorded respectively
among the land records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P.
C. No. 628, folio 513, and Liber W. H. M. No. 659, folio 535,
covering lots 1 to 11, inclusive, and the northern ten feet of
lot No. 12, Block 1, Plat of Stonleigh, same being in fee
simple.

To the deed from Melaine B. Dugan to The Sisters of
Mercy in the City of Baltimore, a body corporate, dated
March 7th, 1928, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore County in Liber W. H. M. No. 654, folio 452, con-
veying fee simple property located in Baltimore County.

To the bequest of One Thousand Dollars to the Fahrney
Memorial Home for the Aged of Washington County, con-
