(c) $100 to the Ladies Auxiliary of St. Joseph's Hospital
of Baltimore, the corporate name being the Sisters of the
Third Order of Saint Francis, Philadelphia Foundation of
St. Joseph's Hospital, Baltimore, Md,

To the bequest contained in the will of Thomas MacKen-
zie, deceased, of Baltimore City, recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber E. R. D. No.
159, folio 190, as follows:

(a) $1, 000 to the Baltimore Monthly Meeting of Friends
Orthodox, to be known as the Thomas MacKenzie Endowment
Fund, the corporate name being The Baltimore Monthly
Meeting of Friends, Homewood.

To the following gifts, devises and bequests to "Redemptor-
ists, " a body corporate given under the will of Mary Anna
Fisher, late of Baltimore City, Maryland, deceased, said will
being dated the 10th day of August, 1926, and recorded in
the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber
E. R. D. No. 161, folio 16, etc.

(1) To the bequest of the sum of Sixteen Hundred Dollars
($1, 600. 00) for masses as in said will provided, the said be-
quest being given nominally in said will to St. James' Roman
Catholic Church, Baltimore Md., but construed by the Cir-
cuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City to be a bequest and de-
vise to the said "Redemptorists, " a body corporate.

(2) To the bequest and devise of all the rest and residue
of the Estate of the said Mary Anna Fisher, the said rest
and residue being given in said will nominally to "Father,
Rector of St. James' Roman Catholic Church of Baltimore,
Maryland, " but construed by the Circuit Court No. 2 of
Baltimore City, to be a bequest and devise to the said "Re-
demptorists, " a body corporate.

To two certain deeds, one from the Northwest Real Es-
tate Company, a corporation of the State of Maryland, and the
other from Maurice Gemp and Mary Gemp, his wife, to
Second Church of Christ Scientist of Baltimore City, a re-
ligious corporation of this State, and to the holding of the
property described in said deeds and the disposing of the
same according to law by said Second Church of Christ
Scientist of Baltimore City.

To two certain deeds, one from The Northwest Real Estate
Company, a corporation of the State of Maryland, and the
