1316 LAWS OF MARYLAND, [CH. 554

To the deed to a lot of ground and the improvements
thereon at the southeast corner of Wolfe and Federal Streets
Baltimore, in fee simple, from Edwin M. Klitch, unmar-
ried, to the Eastern States Mission of the Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter-Day Saints, dated August 2, 1923, and re-
corded among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 4057, folio 617, etc.

To the deed to a lot of ground and the improvements
thereon at the southeast corner of Wolfe and Federal Streets,
Baltimore, in fee simple, from the Eastern States Mission of
the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, et al. to
the Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, dated the 30th day of
November, 1928, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore City.

To the bequest of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars to the
German Evangelical Lutheran Immanuel Congregation, Un-
altered Augsburg Confession in Baltimore, Maryland, a
Maryland corporation, contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Charles Plitt, late of Baltimore City, deceased, which
will bearing date May 24th, 1928, is now of record in the
office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in Liber
E. R. D. No. 163, folio 402, etc.

To the bequest of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars to the
Evangelical Lutheran Association of the Augsburg Home for
Orphans and the Aged of Baltimore City, a Maryland cor-
poration, contained in the last will and testament of Charles
Plitt, late of Baltimore City, deceased, which will dated May
24th, 1928, is now of record in the office of the Register of
Wills for Baltimore City in Wills, Liber E. R. D. No. 163,
folio 402, etc.

To the bequests contained in the will of Maria Winchester,
deceased, of Baltimore City, recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber E. R. D. No.
160, folio 533, as follows:

(a) $100 to the St. Jude Tabernacle Society of Baltimore,
the corporate name being Saint Jude's Tabernacle Society
of Baltimore City.

(b) $300 to the Bureau of Catholic Charities of Baltimore,
Maryland, to be used for the St. Vincent de Paul Society
of Baltimore, Maryland, the corporate name being the So-
ciety of St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore City.
