other from Maurice Gemp and Mary Gemp, his wife, to
Second Church of Christ Scientist of Baltimore City, a re-
ligious corporation of this State, and to the holding of the
property described in said deeds and the disposing of the same
according to law by the said Second Church of Christ Scientist
of Baltimore City.

To two deeds, one from The Northwest Real Estate Com-
pany, dated November 1, 1928, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4942, folio
50, of a lot at the northwest corner of Liberty Heights Ave-
nue and Dennlyn Road, and the other from Maurice Gemp
and Mary Gemp, his wife, dated October 31, 1928, and re-
corded among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 4942, folio 52, etc., of a lot on the northeast
side of Liberty Heights Avenue northwest of Dennlyn Road,
to Second Church of Christ Scientist of Baltimore City.

To two deeds, one dated the 28th day of September, 1927,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 4799, folio 361, etc., from Harriett S.
Lederer et al. and the Colonial Trust Company, Trustees, to
the Trustees of the Madison Street Presbyterian Church of
Baltimore, and the other dated the 10th day of October, 1927,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 4799, folio 363, etc., from the Evangelical
Lutheran Church of the Incarnation of Baltimore City to the
Trustees of the Madison Street Presbyterian Church of Balti-
more.

To a certain deed from Harriett S. Lederer et al. and the
Colonial Trust Company, Trustees, to the Trustees of the
Madison Street Presbyterian Church, a religious corporation,
and to a certain deed from the Evangelical Lutheran Church
of the Incarnation of Baltimore, a corporation of the State
of Maryland, to the Trustees of the Madison Street Presby-
terian Church of Baltimore, a religious corporation.

To the bequest under the will of Elizabeth P. Calloway,
to the Madison Street Presbyterian Church of Baltimore
amounting to Three Hundred Dollars ($300. 00), the said
will being recorded in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City
in Wills, Liber No. 160, folio 175, etc,

To a certain bequest from Elizabeth P. Galloway, deceased,
to the Madison Street Presbyterian Church, a religious corpo-
ration.
