1312 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 554

($500. 00) to the Vestry of Emmanuel Church, Baltimore, for
corporate purposes.

To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
Annie R. Jackson, of one thousand dollars ($1, 000. 00) to
Grace Protestant Episcopal Church, at the northeast corner of
Monument Street and Park Avenue in the City of Baltimore,
State of Maryland, now Grace and Saint Peter's Church, said
will being probated the 11th day of April, 1928, and recorded
in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in
Liber E. R. D. No. 161, folio 51.

To the conveyance from the Mission Board of the Balti-
more Congregations belonging to the Evangelical Lutheran
Synodical Conference of North America of Baltimore City
of a lot of ground known as lot No. 200 as shown on the plat
of the Overlea Land Company of Baltimore County to Saint
James Evangelical Lutheran Church of said county, the deed
being dated April 22, 1924, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 593,
folio 107.

To the bequest contained in Item 1 of the last will and
testament of Margaret McDonnell, deceased, of Baltimore
City, of Three Hundred Dollars ($300. 00) to the Rector of
Saint Ignatius Roman Catholic Church of Baltimore City,
for masses for certain named persons; the said will being pro-
bated April 12th, 1926, and recorded in the Office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber E. R. D. No.
154, folio 443.

To the sale, grant and deed made and executed by the
Roland Park-Homeland Company of a tract of land in Balti-
more City, Maryland, on the west side of Charles Street Ave-
nue, beginning about 858 feet north of Wyndhurst Avenue,
with a frontage of 375 feet and an uneven rectangular depth
of about 1587 feet to the Maryland and Pennsylvania Rail-
road, containing about 26 acres, to the Baltimore Monthly
Meeting of Friends, Park Avenue, said deed bearing date of
March 3rd, 1926, and recorded in Liber S. C. L. No. 4540,
folio 231.

To the transfer of a ground rent at 3800 Sequoia Ave.
from Mary W. Niles to the Babcock Memorial Presbyterian
Church, property being located at the corner of the northeast
side of Sequoia Avenue and the northwest side of Ayrdale
