ALBERT C. RITCHIE, GOVERNOR, 1313

Ave., transfer made on the 14th day of September, 1927, and
recorded in Liber S. C. L. 4789, folio 87, etc.

To the deed and conveyance from Abraham Levin to the
Southwest End Talmud Torah, Inc., dated May 28th, 1923,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City, in
Liber S. C. L. No. 4022, folio 183, etc.

To the deed and conveyance from Jacob Potlach and Sarah
Potlach, his wife, to the Southwest End Talmud Toroh, Inc.,
dated September 16th, 1915, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 3000, folio
148, etc.

To the conveyance from Vernon W. Ridgely and Anne A.
Ridgely his wife to the St. Marks M. E. Church of Forest
Park, Baltimore City, of the property known as No. 4205
Maine Avenue, the said deed being dated June 26th, 1928, and
recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 4900, folio 324.

To the will of Sallie Rote, probated in the Orphans' Court
for Harford County in Will Book C. H. R. No. 18, folio 15,
devising real and personal property, to the Trustees of the
Grove Presbyterian Church, Aberdeen, Maryland, and to the
Trustees of Grace Methodist Episcopal Church, South, Aber-
deen, Maryland.

To the gift and bequest of the sum of One Thousand Dol-
lars ($1, 000. 00) to The Vestry of St. Davids Church, Roland
Park, Baltimore, contained in the tenth item of the last will
and testament of Addie May Fleet, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, said will having been admitted to probate by the
Orphans' Court of Baltimore City on the 28th day of March,
1928, and being recorded among the records of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber "Wills" E. R. D. No. 160,
folio 584, etc., said vestry being a religious corporation exist-
ing under the laws of the State of Maryland and being de-
scribed in said will as the "Vestry of St. David's Protestant
Episcopal Church, Roland Park, Baltimore. "

To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
Mary E. Peltz, late of Baltimore City, State of Maryland, of
the sum of $100. 00 to the St. Matthews Evangelical Lutheran
Church located in Baltimore, Md., the said will and testa-
ment being probated December 2nd, 1927, and duly recorded in
