bishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole, dated August 27th,
1926, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 4939, folio 580, conveying fee simple
property therein described.

To the deed from Emily Steuart et al. to The Most Rev-
erend James Gibbons, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Balti-
more, a corporation sole, dated January 8th, 1901, and re-
corded among the land records of Anne Arundel County in
Liber G. W. No. 19, folio 494, conveying fee simple property
therein described.

To the bequest of Five Hundred Dollars to the Consistory
of the Reformed Church of Burkittsville, Md., contained in
the last will and testament of Lewis H. Bowlus, late of Fred-
erick County, Maryland, deceased, duly probated, and now
of record in Liber G. E. S. No. 2, folio 205, one of the Wills
Record of said county.

To the bequest of $1, 000 to St. Ignatius Catholic Church,
Baltimore, Md., for masses contained in the last will and
testament of Annie M. Seton, deceased, which will is dated
the 26th day of August, 1927, and is of record in the Office
of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber
E. R. D. No. 163, folio 36.

To the bequest of $500. 00 to the Bosley M. E. Church, con-
tained in the will of Isaac M. Price, deceased, of Baltimore
County, the said will being probated Oct. 20th, 1925, and re-
corded in Liber W. J. P. No. 23, folio 412.

To the bequest of $1, 000 to the Black Rock Primitive
Baptist Church, contained in the will of Isaac M. Price, de-
ceased, of Baltimore County, the said will being probated
Oct. 20, 1925, and recorded in Liber W. J. P. No. 23, folio

412.

To the bequest of $500 to the Dover M. E. Church, con-
tained in the will of Isaac M. Price, deceased, of Baltimore
County, the said will being probated Oct. 20th, 1925, and
recorded in Liber W. J. P. No. 23, folio 412.

To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
Frank Gosnell, late of Baltimore City, deceased, probated
February 24, 1927, and recorded in the Office of the Register
of Wills for Baltimore City, in Wills, Liber E. R. D. No.
157, folio 479, etc., of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
