CHAPTER 503.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 311, 312 and 313 of Article 23 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Cor-
porations, " sub-title "Telegraph and Telephone Companies. "

WHEREAS, Sections 311, 312 and 313 of Article 23 of the An-
notated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), are duplicates of
Sections 393 to 396, inclusive, of Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Crimes and Punish-
ments, " sub-title "Minors—Telegrams, Calling for and Deliver-
ing"; therefore

SECTION! 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 311, 312 and 313 of Article 23 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Corporations, "
sub-title "Telegraph and Telephone Companies, " be and they
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

Approved April 11, 1929.

CHAPTER 504.

AN ACT to Repeal Sections 19, 20 and 21 of Article 83 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Sales
and Notices, " sub-title "Sales in Bulk. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 19, 20 and 21 of Article 83 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Sales and Notices, "
sub-title "Sales in Bulk, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

Approved April 11, 1929.

CHAPTER 505.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 26, 29 and 30 of Article 39A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "For-
estry, " sub-titles "Roadside Trees" and "Miscellaneous, "
said sections relating to appropriations to the State Board
of Forestry.
