by repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 375.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 35 and 36 of Article 19 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Comp-
troller, " said sections relating to certain school appropria-
tions and funds.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 35 and 36 of Article 19 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Comptroller, "
be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

Approved April 11, 1929.

CHAPTER 376.

AN ACT to repeal Section 163 of Article 16 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Chancery, " sub-
title "Pleading, Practice and Process, " said section relating
to time for appearance and answer.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 163 of Article 16 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Chancery, " sub-title
"Pleading, Practice and Process, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.
