CHAPTER 372.

AN ACT to repeal Section 191 of Article 23 of the Annotated

Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Corporations, " sub-
title "Mining Companies. "

CHAPTER 373.

AN ACT to repeal Section 14 of Article 44 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Hospital—Mary-
land, " said section relating to appropriations to Maryland
Hospital for the Insane.

WHEREAS, since the adoption of the Budget Amendment, sec-
tions of the Code providing for specific appropriations to the
several departments are useless and superfluous; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 14 of Article 44 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Hospital—Mary-
land, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take

effect June 1, 1929.

Approved April 11, 1929.

CHAPTER 374.

AN ACT to repeal Section 6 of Article 69 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Officers. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 6 of Article 69 of the Annotated Code
