3. To the following bequests in the will and codicil of
Cornelia V. Smith, late of Baltimore County, deceased, which
will and codicil are duly recorded in the Office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore County that is: One-sixth of the rest and
residue of her estate under the thirteenth item of said will to
each of the following: Carmelite Convent of Baltimore, Sisters
of the Bon Secours of Baltimore, St, Vincents Male Orphan
Asylum and St. Vincent's Infant Asylum of Baltimore; a gift
of two hundred dollars each to Rev. George A. Woods, of
Nazareth, N. C. and the Catholic Male Orphan Asylum of
Nazareth, N. C. under the third item of the first codicil to said
will; and a gift of twenty-five dollars each to Rev. M. A. Dren-
nan, pastor of Immaculate Conception Church of Baltimore,
and Rev. Edward A. Williams, pastor of St. Mark's Church,
Catonsville, Maryland, under the fourth item of said codicil,

4. That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared and given
and granted to the German Evangelical Lutheran St. Mark's
Congregation, a corporation, to hold the property in Baltimore
City on the north side of Lake Avenue, east of Harford Ave-

nue, conveyed by the Columbia Building Company, a corpora-
tion, to it by a deed dated November 8th, 1926, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 4659, folio 454.

5. To the gift, devise and bequest of the sum of one
thousand ($1, 000. 00) dollars to the Methodist Preachers' Aid
Society of Baltimore City, as set forth in the last will and testa-
ment of Alice M. Crandell, late of Baltimore City, deceased,

recorded in Liber H. W. J. 143, folio 98.

6. Deed of the property No. 702 North Gilmor Street from
J. Monroe Holland and William Ewin Bon, Trustees, to the
Trustees of Central Methodist Episcopal Church, South, in the
City of Baltimore, dated June 25th, 1917, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3138,
folio 316.

T. Deed from J. H. Spears to the Trustees of the Metro-
politan Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, dated
December 23rd, 1893, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore City in Liber J. B. 1507, folio 129. Property No.
1006 Whatcoat Street.
