8. Deed from James H. Spears to the Trustees of the
Metropolitan Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City,
dated March 6th, 1902, and recorded among the land records
of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. 1946, folio 226. Property
No. 1006 Whatcoat Street.

9. Deed from the Trustees of the Metropolitan Methodist
Episcopal Church of Baltimore City to the Whatcoat Methodist
Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, dated April 14th, 1902,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in
Liber R, O. 1953, folio 94.

10. Deed from the Trustees of the Whatcoat Methodist
Episcopal Church of Baltimore City to John Walton, James F.
Gross, William Gross and George Norris, Trustees of the
Colored Episcopal Church of America, Incorporated, under the
Laws of Tennessee, dated November 23rd, 1904, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber R, O. 2132-
folio 415.

11. Sarah J. May, who died in Sept., 1925, in her last will
and testament filed and probated in the Orphans' Court of
Baltimore City (Reference: Book 153, folio 481), date of
probate being Sept. 15th, 1925, made the following bequest in
Paragraph No. 5 of said will.

"Fifth: I give and bequeath the sum of One hundred dol-
lars to the Methodist Episcopal Church, located at the corner
of Monument and Sterling Streets in Baltimore, Maryland. "

12. A deed to a lot of ground on the south side of Franklin
Street one hundred and fifty nine feet ten inches east of
Stricker Street, from Elizabeth G. Gray to the Minister, Con-
sistory or Trustees of the Fourth German Reformed or Saint
John's Church of Baltimore City, Inc., dated the 18th day of
November, 1919, and recorded among the land records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3485, folio 1, etc.

13. To the conveyance from Jos. B. Andrews, Elgin Gore
Andrews, his wife, and J. M. Beckwith, to The Convention
of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the Diocese of Easton,
a corporation of the State of Maryland, said deed being dated
Dec. 2, 1909, and recorded among the land records of Dor-
chester County in Liber W. L. R. No. 1, folio 457, etc.
