vote at the said special election. The Supervisors of Election
of Worcester County shall canvass the returns in like manner
as other election returns, and they shall certify the number
of votes cast "For School Bonds" and "Against School Bonds''
respectively, and file a certificate thereof with the Clerk of the
Circuit Court for Worcester County, and another with the
Clerk of the County Commissioners of Worcester County.

If the majority of votes cast at said election shall be "For

School Bonds" then the County Commissioners of Worcester
County shall issue bonds as provided in this Act, but if the
majority of votes shall be cast "Against School Bonds, " then
at the next regular election held in said County on the first
Tuesday after the first Monday in November, in the year 1928,
the question whether said "Public School Bonds of Worcester
County" shall or shall not be issued, shall again be submitted
to the registered and qualified voters of said County, and the
Supervisors of Election of said Worcester County shall have
printed on the ballots prepared for said next regular election,
in clear, plain, bold type, of the size and style required by
the General Election Laws of the State of Maryland for the
printing of names of candidates on said ballots, the same
question printed on the ballots for said special election, to wit:
"Shall or shall not Public School Bonds of the par value of
three hundred thousand dollars be issued by the County
Commissioners of Worcester County for the purpose of
purchasing sites and building and equipping new school
buildings in the towns of Snow Hill, Ocean City, Bishop-
ville, Pocomoke City and Berlin in said Worcester Coun-
ty, as provided by Chapter.... of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, Session 1927. " Immediate-
ly after which shall be printed on separate lines, with
a square or box to the right and opposite the words "For
School Bonds" and a corresponding square to the right and
opposite the words "Against School Bonds, " all to be printed
on said ballots, so as to give the voter a clear opportunity to
designate by a cross mark (X) in the proper square or box,
his or her decision for or against said school bonds. The
Judges or Clerks of said election shall count the vote on said

question of the issue of said bonds, and make return thereof
to the Supervisors of Election of said Worcester County in
like manner as the vote for candidates at said regular election
is required to be counted and returned under the General Elec-
tion Laws of Maryland, and the Supervisors of Election of
