proceedings, if any, as may be in the judgment of said Com-
mission necessary to acquire suitable sites for said buildings.

SEC. 13. And be it further enacted as aforesaid. That the
question whether said "Public School Bonds of Worcester
County" shall or shall not be issued by the County Commis-
sioners of Worcester County for the purposes aforesaid shall
be submitted to the registered and qualified voters of Wor-
cester County on the first Tuesday in June, 1927, at a special
election to be then held, at which special election the polls shall
open at one o'clock P. M. and shall close at six o'clock P. M.,
and the Supervisors of Election of Worcester County are here-
by directed to have ballots printed to be used in said elec-
tion, on which ballots shall appear in clear, plain, bold type,
of the size and style required by the General Election Laws
of the State of Maryland for the printing of names of candi-
dates on ballots, the following question, to wit: "Shall or shall
not Public School Bonds of the par value of three hun-
dred thousand dollars be issued by the County Commission-
ers of Worcester County for the purpose of purchasing sites and
building and equipping new school buildings in the towns of
Snow Hill, Ocean City, Bishopville, Pocomoke City and Berlin
in said Worcester County, as provided by Chapter... of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, Session 1927. " Imme-
diately after which shall be printed on separate lines, with a
square or box to the right and opposite the words "For School
Bonds" and a corresponding square to the right and opposite
the words "Against School Bonds" all to be printed on said
ballots, so as to give the voter a clear opportunity to designate
by a cross mark (X) in the proper square or box, his or her
decision for or against said school bonds.

The Supervisors of Election of Worcester County shall give
notice, at least fifteen days before the day of said election, by
advertisement in at least two newspapers published in Wor-
cester County of the submission of said question, provided, that
if for any reason said notice shall not be given, or not given
in the manner prescribed, it shall not invalidate this Act or
prevent its taking effect. The laws in force for the conduct-
ing of elections at the time of said election, and the provisions
of the Corrupt Practices Act shall apply in all particulars to
the election held under this Act, except as otherwise provided
herein, and all the registered voters of said county who are
qualified to vote at the regular elections shall be entitled to
