SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Chapter 91 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1924, relating to the compensation
of the County Commissioners of Allegany County, be, and
the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments
so as to read as follows:
The County Commissioners of Allegany County now in
office and those hereafter elected to said office, shall meet
at least twice in each week, and they shall receive full com-
pensation for all of their services, the sum of Fifteen Hundred
Dollars per annum, payable monthly.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect the first day of June, 1927.

CHAPTER 438.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 27"
of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Dorchester County, " sub-title "Vienna, " as said sec-
tion was enacted by Chapter 563 of the Acts of 1914, relating
to the sum to be paid by the County Commissioners to the
Commissioners of Vienna.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 27 of Article 10, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester County, "
sub-title "Vienna, " as said section was enacted by Chapter 563
of the Acts of 1914, be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:
27. That the County Commissioners of Dorchester County,
in each and every year, shall pay to the Commissioners of
Vienna to be used and applied by the said Commissioners of
Vienna for the Corporate purposes, of said town of Vienna the
sum of seven hundred and fifty ($750. 00) dollars.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.
