CHAPTER 413.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 6
of Chapter 333 of the Acts of 1868, entitled "An Act to
incorporate the 'Savings Institution of Sandy Spring, Mary-
land, ' " relating to the annual report to be made by said
institution.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 6 of Chapter 333 of the Acts of 1868,
entitled "An Act to incorporate the 'Savings Institution of
Sandy Spring, Maryland, ' " be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments, to read as follows:
6. A report of the state of the institution shall be prepared
annually, by three auditors appointed for that purpose by the
Directors, who shall not be of their own body, and such report
shall be published for the information of the depositors.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.

CHAPTER 414.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
161 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Dorchester County, " sub-title "East New
Market, " as said section was enacted by Chapter 467 of
the Acts of 1922, increasing the amount to be paid by the
County Commissioners to East New Market.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 161 of Article 10 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester County, " sub-
title "East New Market, " as said section was enacted by
Chapter 467 of the Acts of 1922, be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments, to read as follows:
161. The County Commissioners in each and every year,
shall pay to the Commissioners of East New Market the sum
