CHAPTER 406.

AN ACT to add a. new section to Chapter 276 of the Acts of
1922, to be known as Section 3-A, relating to the killing or
taking of foxes, prohibiting the trapping, buying or selling
of any fox or fox hide in Baltimore County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted Toy the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be added to Chapter 276 of
the Acts of 1922, to be known as Section 3-A, relating to the
killing or taking of foxes, prohibiting the trapping, buying or
selling of any fox or fox hide in Baltimore County, to read as
follows:

Section 3-A. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That it shall be unlawful to trap, sell, buy or ex-
pose for sale any fox or fox hide in Baltimore County, and
it shall be unlawful to transport any fox or fox hide from
any place in Baltimore County to any place without Baltimore
County, and possession of any fox or fox hide shall be prima
facie evidence of a violation of this section, but nothing in
this Act shall be construed as to prevent the killing of foxes
at any time by any person while they are in pursuit or in
the act of killing or carrying away his, her or their poultry.

CHAPTER 407.

AN ACT to repeal Section 270 of Staton's Code of Public
Local Laws of Worcester County, title "Pocomoke City. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 270 of Staton's Code of Public Local
Laws of Worcester County, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
