recorded among the aforesaid Land Records in Liber WPC
No. 281, folio 316, and etc., and described generally as follows:
Beginning on the Middleborough Road, east of Back River
Neck Road, at the Easternmost outline of "Hilltop Park" the
land belonging to the Pelczar Realty Corporation, thence north-
easterly binding on that land to the waters of Middle River,
thence southeasterly binding on Middle River and following
the various meanders thereof to Norman Creek, thence west-
erly binding thereon and. following the various meanders there-
of to the lands now or formerly belonging to Charles Hawkins,
thence westerly and northwesterly binding on said land and
on land now or formerly belonging to William Mines, and to
the Pelczar Realty Corporation to the place of beginning.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 295.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 80
and 81 of Article 39 of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title "Trout
and Other Fish, " and to repeal Section 85 of the same
Article.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 80 and 81 of Article 39 of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, be and the same are
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, and that
Section 85 of the same Article be and the same is hereby re-
pealed.
Section 80. The term Game or Fresh Water Fish or Fishes
shall include all fishes found in all waters above a point where
the tide ebbs and flows.
Section 81. No person or persons shall fish for any game
or fresh water fishes except in the manner and time as here-
