CHAPTER 32.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 65-A, 65-B, 65-C and 65-D of
Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,

title "Anne Arundel County, " sub-title "Annapolis, " and
to provide for the refund of monies paid in to Pension
Fund as set out in said Section 65-D.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 65-A, 65-B, 65-C and 65-D of Article
2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Anne

Arundel County, " sub-title "Annapolis, " be and the same are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all money contrib-
uted toward the Police Pension Fund provided for by said
Section 65-D be refunded by the Collector and Treasurer of
The Mayor, Counselor and Aldermen of the City of Annap-
olis.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety, and having
been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths
of all members elected to each of the two Houses of the Gen-
eral Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date of its
passage.

CHAPTER 33.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendment, Section S of
Chapter 412 of the Acts of 1910, entitled "An Act to provide
for the franchise of water works for the Town of Chester-
town, " to make water rent charges a lien on the properties
furnished water.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 8 of Chapter 412 of the Acts of 1910
be, and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendment to
read as follows:
