Section 194-D. And be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That due notice shall be given by the
Board of Supervisors of Election of Baltimore County to all
persons affected or changed from said Ninth District to the

Eighth Election District of Baltimore County, as provided for

in this Act.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That all general and
local laws inconsistent with this Act be, and the same are, here-
by repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

CHAPTER 230.

AN ACT to add a new and additional section to Article 14 of
the Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Howard County, "
said new and additional section to come in immediately after
Section 45-A of said Article 14 and to be designated as Sec-
tion 45-B; the same relating to the compensation of the Clerk
to the Board of Election Supervisors of Howard County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new and additional section be and the same
is hereby added to Article 14 of the Public Local Laws of Mary-

land, title "Howard County, " said new and additional section
to come in immediately after Section 45-A of said Article 14
and to be designated 45-B.

45-B. The Clerk to the Board of Election Supervisors of
Howard County shall be paid by the County Commissioners
of Howard County an annual salary of Three Hundred Dollars
($300), the same to be paid the said Clerk only in those years
in which county or general elections are held.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts of
laws inconsistent with the provisions of this Act shall be re-
pealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. 3.: And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1927.
