vided for in the case of application of parents or guardians,
and for each colored minor committed to the care of the House
of Reformation -by legal process from the City of Baltimore or
any one of the counties in the State, the said city and county,
as the case may be, shall as hereinafter specified, pay to the
House of Reformation at the rate of two hundred dollars ($200)
per annum for the care of such minors so committed and ac-
tually there. The expense for the care of all colored minors in
the House of Reformation shall be a charge upon each county
and the City of Baltimore committing such colored minors to
the House of Reformation, at the said rate. It shall be the duty
of the Board of Managers of the House of Reformation to fur-
nish the County Commissioners of each county, and the Comp-
troller of the City of Baltimore having colored minors com-
mitted to the House of Reformation, a quarterly statement giv-
ing the number of such colored minors committed and actually
there; and the name of each from and charged to such county
or the City of Baltimore, as the case may be, and the cost of
maintenance due from said county and the City of Baltimore
for such colored minor at said rate, and the Board of County
Commissioners of said counties and the mayor and city council
of Baltimore, shall pay the House of Reformation at the end of
each quarter of the calendar year an amount equal to the rate
of two hundred dollars ($200) per annum for each colored mi-
nor committed to the House of Reformation and actually there,
and certified to the County Commissioners of the respective
counties and the Comptroller of Baltimore City by the Board
of Managers of the House of Reformation as of the first days of
January, April, July and October respectively in each year.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.

CHAPTER 129.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 41 of the Code of
General Laws of Maryland, to be known as Section 108-A
and to follow immediately after Section 108 to abolish the
Commission known as the Eastern Shore Tuberculosis Sana-
torium Commission as provided by Chapter 326 of the Acts
of 1922, and to transfer the assets, appropriations, rights,
powers, duties, obligations and functions of said Commission
to the Maryland Tuberculosis Sanatorium created by Chapter
308 of the Acts of 1906.
