costs in such distraint proceedings; and be collectable in the
same manner as are the other costs in such proceedings; and
provided further that such vendor or mortgagee shall render,
upon demand by the landlord, a true statement of the balance
due under such conditional contract of sale or mortgage, and,
when said balance is paid, shall release unto said landlord
such conditional contract of sale or mortgage.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.

CHAPTER 700.

AN ACT to incorporate the town of Maryland Park, Prince
George's County, State of Maryland, and create a governing
body therein by the name and style of Mayor and Town
Council, and to provide for the submission of this question
to the qualified voters of said town for their adoption or
rejection.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the citizens of the town of Maryland Park in
Prince George's County, Maryland, as the same is more parti-
cularly hereinafter defined, be and are hereby created a body
corporate by the name of the Mayor and Town Council of
Maryland Park, and that by that name may have perpetual
succession, sue and be sued, have and use a, common seal, and
may purchase and hold real, personal and mixed property for
the benefit of said town.

SEC. 2. That the boundaries of said town shall be as fol-
lows: ' The eastern boundary of Capitol Heights extending
from Central Avenue to the District Line, along the District
Line in a northeasterly direction to the Chesapeake Beach
Railroad property, thence in a southeasterly direction following
the line of the Chesapeake Beach Railroad property to Central
Avenue, and along the northern border of Central Avenue to
the point of starting.
