To the conveyance by deed from Bertha E. Willis and others
to the Trustees of the Franklin Square Baptist Church of Balti-
more, dated May 20, 1925, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4392, folio 239,
being the reversion and incident annual rent of Sixty dollars,
($60), secured upon and issuing out of a lot of ground known
as No, 26 N. Bentalou St!., Baltimore, Md.
To the bequest in the Will of Adelaide S. Wilson, probated
and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City, in Liber E. R. D. No. 153, folio 32, in the year 1926, to
the Mite Society of the Franklin Square Baptist Church payable
to the Trustees of Franklin Square Baptist Church of Baltimore,
the sum of $1,000.
To the devise and bequest in the will of G. Frank Bailey,
probated and recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City, in Liber B. R. D. No. 156, folio 189, in the year
1926, to the Committee of the Presbyterian Church in the City
of Baltimore, the sum of $5,000.
To the devise and bequest in the Will of Barbara E. Beck,
probated and recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills,
for Baltimore City, in Liber E. R, D. No. 154, folio 206, in the
year 1926 to the First Presbyterian Church, 808 park Ave.,
otherwise known as the Committee of the Presbyterian Church
in the City of Baltimore, the sum of $202.81.
To the devise contained in the last will and testament of John
W. Fletcher, late of Dorchester County, Maryland, deceased,
admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court for Dorchester
County, January 28, 1919, recorded among the Will Records
of said County in Liber R. P. S. No. 2, folio 278, said devise
and bequest being in the following words: "Item—All of the
legacy left me by my brother, William M. Fletcher's last will
and testament, I give and devise unto The Trustees of Zion
Chapel in Cambridge, a body corporate under the laws of the
State of Maryland, whatever the legacy may be, I want it all;
paid over by my executor hereinafter named."
To the bequest contained in the "Second" paragraph of the
last Will and Testament of Burnside Hively, late of Carroll
County, Maryland, deceased, of $50.00 to Emanuel Baust
Church, near Tyrone, to be used for the maintenance of the
graves of Jacob Hively, wife and family, which said last will
and testament is dated April 5, 1920, and is recorded among the
Will Records of Carroll Co. in Liber W. F. B. No. 13, folio
283, etc.
