To two deeds of the lot of ground, in fee simple, in Baltimore
City, State of Maryland, one from Katie E. McCue to the
Trustees of the Third Congregation of the Disciples of Jesus
Christ, in the City and precincts of Baltimore, a body corporate,
said deed bearing date the 18th day of June, 1912, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City, Maryland, in Liber
S. O. L. No. 2747, folio 277, etc., and the other from Annie B.
Getty, to the Trustees of the Third Congregation of the Disciples
of Jesus Christ, in the City and Precincts of Baltimore, a body
corporate, said deed bearing date the second day of August,
1912, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City,
Md., in Liber S. C. L. No. 2757, folio 60, etc.
To the deed to the lot of ground (leasehold) in Baltimore
City, from Joseph W. Davis to Immanuel Baptist Church of
Baltimore City, a body corporate, said deed bearing date the
17th day of December, 1925, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City, State of Maryland, in Liber S. C. L.
No. 4506, folio 548, etc.
To the bequest of $250.00, under the last will and testament
of Louisa V. Megary, late of Baltimore City, deceased, to The
Kelso Home for Orphan Girls of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of Baltimore City, Maryland, a body corporate.
To the bequest of $250.00, under the last will and testament
of Louisa V. Megary, late of Baltifore City, deceased, to The
Home for the Aged of the Methodist Episcopal Church, of
Baltimore City, State of Maryland, a body corporate.
To the bequest of $1,000, under the last will and testament of
Mary E. Walton, late of Baltimore City, deceased, to The Home
for the Aged of the Methodist Episcopal Church, of Baltimore
City, State of Maryland, a body corporate.
To the bequest of $500 under the last will and testament of
Louisa V. Megary, late of Baltimore City, deceased, to the First
Church of Christ, Scientist, of Baltimore City, a body corporate.
To the following gifts, devises and bequests contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Mary Geiglein, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, which said Last will and testament was duly
admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City,
Aug. 23, 1926, and is now on record in the Office of the Register
of Wills for Baltimore City, that is to say:
(a) $1,000 To St. Vincent's Infant Asylum, Lafayette Ave.
and Division St., Baltimore, Md.
(b) $250 To St. Anthony German Orphan Asylum, 925
North Central Ave., Baltimore, Md.
