Franciscan Fathers Minor Conventuals of St. Stanislaus Church
of Baltimore City, Inc., a corporation, a fee simple property
and improvements theron, more particularly and fully described
in a deed dated January 5, 1925, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L. 4323, folio 40.

To the sale grant and deeds from Martha M. W. Bien to the
Franciscan Father Minor Conventuals of St. Stanislaus Church
of Baltimore City, Inc., a corporation of all those two lots of
ground and improvements thereon particularly and fully de-
scribed in a deed dated Aug. 2, 1924, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. 4242, folio 446.

To the sale, grant and deed from John Pawlak and Mary
Pawlak, his wife, to the Franciscan Fathers Minor Conventuals
of St. Stanislaus Church of Baltimore City, Inc., a corporation,

of a lot of ground and improvements thereon particularly and
fully described in a deed dated Jan. 9, 1925, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
4323, folio 41 .

To the sale, grant and deed of certain fee simple property
from Josef Patuszek and Paulina Patuszek, his wife, to the
Franciscan Fathers Minor Conventuals of St. Stanislaus Church
of Baltimore City, Inc., a corporation which deed is dated Aug.
8, 1924, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
.City, in Liber S. C. L. 4242, folio 446.

To the gift, devise and bequest of the rest and residue of the

-estate to Rev. Stanislaus Tarnowski, Pastor of St. Stanislaus
Church, as set forth and contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Apolina Parzych, late of Baltimore City, State of Mary-
land, which said will bears date of Feb. 23, 1923, and duly
probated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City and recorded
among the Will records of the Register of Wills, in Wills Liber
H. W. J. 144, folio 139.

To the sale, grant and deed executed by Margaret Griffiss
Penwick and G. Bernard Fenwick, her husband, to Third Church
of Christ Scientist of Baltimore City, a body corporate, of two
lots of ground in Baltimore City, State of Maryland, the im-
provements on said lots known as 702 Cathedral St., and more
fully and particularly described in said deed bearing date of
May 5, 1924, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City, in Liber S. C. L. 4190, folio 264.

To the bequest to the Evangelical Reformed Church of Fred-
erick, Maryland, of the sum of $1,000, contained in the will of
Alice V. Derr, late of Frederick County, deceased, dated July
11, 1924, and recorded in Liber G. E. S., No. 1, folio 570, one
