To the gift and bequest of the sum of $500 to Grace English
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, a body corpo-
rate, as set fortlh and contained in the Last Will and Testament
of Anna B. Kunolt late of the City of Baltimore, Md., deceased,
said will bears date of Dec. 28th, 1922, was duly probated in the
Orphans' Court of Baltimore City on May 14, 1924, and is now
recorded among the Records in the Office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber B. R. D. No. 149,
folio 154, etc.
To the gift and bequest of the sum of $200. to Grace Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, a body corporate,
(designated as and named "Grace English Lutheran Church.,
Broadway and dough Sts., Baltimore, Md.,) as set forth in the
last will and testament of George F. Flentje, Sr., late of the
City of Baltimore, Md., deceased, which said will bears date of
September 18, 1923, was duly probated in tihe Orphans' Court
of Baltimore City on Nov. 18th and 19th, 1924, and is now
recorded among the Records in the Office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore Citv in "Wills" Liber E. R. D., No. 151,
folio 124 etc.
To the sale, grant, deed and conveyance of a certain fee-sim-
ple lot or parcel of ground and premises, situate, lying1 and
being in the City of Baltimore, in the State of Maryland, for
the same at the corner formed by the intersection of the south
side of Madison St., and the east side of Lakewood Ave., and
running thence southerly, binding on the east side of Lakewood
Ave., fifty feet, etc., made by Charles J. Hainan and Matilda
Haman, his wife, for the use and benefit of Bethany Eng-
lish Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, now designated and
known as Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore
City, by their deed dated December 19, 1910, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City afore-said in Liber
S. C. L. No. 2628, folio 147 etc.
To the sale, grant, deed, assignment and conveyance of the
leasehold interest and estate and term of years in, to and out of
a certain lot or parcel of ground and premises, situate, lying
and being in the City of Baltimore, in the State of Maryland,
made by James E. McQuade and Lillian R, McQuade, his wife,
to and for the use and benefit of the Bethany English Lutheran
Church of Baltimore City, now designated and known as Beth-
any Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, by their
Deed of Assignment, dated Dec. 3, 1923, and recorded among
