the Land Records of Baltimore City aforesaid in Liber S. C. L.
No 4113, folio 438, etc.
To the grant, sale, deed, assignment and conveyance of the
Leasehold interest and estate and term of years in, to and out
of a certain lot or parcel of ground and premises, situate, lying
and being in the City of Baltimore, in the State of Maryland,
made by Paul M. Siemers and Charles E. Currey, to and for the
use and benefit of the Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Baltimore City, by their deed of Assignment, dated January 19,
1927, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
aforesaid in Liber S. C. L. No. 4688, folio 111 etc., and that the
leasehold interest and estate and title and term of years in, to
and out of the said lot or parcel of ground and premises, to-
gether with the improvements thereon, vest absolutely in the
said body corporate, with full power, to have, hold, use, enjoy,
sell, lease, mortgage, grant, convey, assign or in any other way
whatever dispose of or encumber the same or of any part and
parts thereof.
To the gift and bequest of the sum of $100 to the Harlem
Park Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, State of
Maryland, as given and bequeathed by and set forth and con-
tained in the last will and testament of Margaret E. Bowler,
late of the City of Baltimore, Maryland, deceased, which said
will bears date of December 9, 1925, and was duly probated in
the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City on Aug. 25, 1926, and is
now recorded among the Records in the Office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber E. R, D., No. 156,
folio 262, etc.
To the bequest of $5,000 in the last will and testament of
Richard B. Hall, late of Prince George's County, Maryland,
deceased, now of record in the office of the Register of Wills of
Prince George's County, being probated in the Orphans' Court
of said County, on November 23, 1926, to the Salvation Army,
a body corporate, incorporated under the laws of the. State of
New York, to be used for the prosecution of its purposes and
work in the City of Baltimore, Md.
To the devise under the last will and testament of Edgar W.
Rowe, late of Baltimore County, deceased, admitted to probate
Dec. 23, 1919 and recorded among the Wills records of Balti-
more County in Liber W. J. P. No. 21, folio 91, etc., to the
Trustees of the Hereford Baptist Church of Baltimore County,
a body corporate, of five (5) following ground rents located
in Baltimore City, Maryland:
1st Rent of $60.00 issuing out of lot of the West side of Chest-
nut Park Ave., described in deed from Clemens to Rowe,
Liber N. B. M. No. 259, folio 74.
