To the gifts, bequests, devises, grants, sales, leases, conveyances
and debts, to and from certain persons and bodies corporate to
and for the use of certain persons, etc., hereinafter named:
(a) To the bequest of Amalia W. Windfelder in her last will
and testament, probated April 15, 1925, and recorded in Liber
E. R. D. No. 152, folio 217, of the Register of Wills of Balti-
more City, as follows:
$1,000 To the Home for Incurables of Maryland.
$1,000 To the Kernan Hospital and Industrial School for
Crippled Children.
$1,000 To the Augsburgh Home for Orphans and Aged Per-
sons.
$1,000 To the German Orphan Asylum.
$1,000 To the Children's Fresh Air Society of Baltimore City.
$3,000 To the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Our Saviour,
to be applied to the building1 of the new church,.
$1,000 To St. Elizabeth's Home of Baltimore City for Colored
Children.
$1,000 To the Little Sisters of the Poor.
$1,000 To the Henry Watson Children's Aid Society.
$1,000 To the Lutheran Sanatorium Wheat Ridge, Colo.
To the sale and conveyance to St. Elizabeth's Home of Bal-
timore City, a corporation of Maryland, of four (4) lots of
ground in Baltimore City as follows:
(a) To a deed from Mina W. Engel, Trustee, to St, Eliza-
beth's Home of Baltimore City, dated May 12, 1916, and rec-
orded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C.
L. 3047, folio 265; five acres of land acquired by deed from
Mary F. Jacobs and husband, dated August 9th, 1916 and rec-
orded among the aforesaid Land Records in Liber S. C. L. 3068,
folio 138; deed from Mary Clemens, widow, dated May 23rd,
1921 and recorded among the aforesaid Land Records in Liber
S. C. L. 3740, folio 357; and deed from Alfred T. Hoen, et al,
dated February 14th, 1922 and recorded -among the aforesaid
Land Records in Liber S. C. L. 3827, folio 241.
To the deed and conveyance from the Milton Avenue Meth-
thodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, a body corporate,
to The Baltimore City Missionary and Church Extension So-
ciety of the Methodist Episcopal Church, a body corporate, dated
July 3, 1926, an-d recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4561, folio 80.
To -the following bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Peter Hartenstine, late of Cecil County, dated Dec. 31,
1919, and recorded in the Will Records of Cecil County in Liber
Q, No. 24, folio 150, etc;
