(5) To the bequest of $100 to the President of the Aid So-
ciety of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Westminster, Car-
roll Co., Md., and to the bequest of $500 to Blue Ridge College,
New Windsor, Md., contained in the last wall and testament and
the First and Second codicils1 thereto of Laura V. Englar, late
of Carroll Co., deceased.
To a conveyance by certain Trustees and of gifts made by
Elizabeth Cassell and her sister Lydia Cassell, both late of Car-
roll Co., deceased, and to certain bequests in the last will and tes-
tament and codicils of the said Elizabeth Cassell and Lydia Cas-
sell, for the use and benefit of "The Cassell Home for the Aged,"
a religious corporation, for the aged Protestant persons of West-
minster, and other aged persons of the Methodist Episcopal
Church Laving beyond Westminster, and thereupon the said
John D. Nieodemus and -others, Trustees, by their deed dated
March 24, 1917, and duly recorded among the Land Records of
Carroll Co., in Liber E. O. O., No. 131 folio 140 &c., conveyed
said property to said corporation,; and whereas, Elizabeth Cas-
sell and her sister Lydia Cassell in their lifetime gave $10,000
in bonds to the said Cassell Home for the Aged, and placed them
in the custody of its agent Frank R. Cassell of Westminster,
Md.; the surviving sister, built and established a house or home
which is now in full operation, and receiving and caring for
'aged persons at Westminster, Md., and whereas, the said Eliza-
beth Cassell by a codicil to her last will and testament duly ad-
mitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Carroll Co., on
Nov. 5, 1917, and recorded among its Will records in Liber No.
12, folio 136 &c., bequethed $5,000 to John D. Nicodemus and
other Trustees for the benefit of mid The Cassell Home for the
Aged and its corporate purposes when it became operative; and
the said Lydia Cassell by the first, second and third codicils of
her last will and testament, said codicils and last will and tes-
tament being duly admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court
of Carroll Co., on the 31st day of August 1925, and recorded
among its will Records in Liber W. F. B. No. 13 folio 167 &c.
To the bequest of two-fifteenths of the residue of her estate
to the Trustees for the Cassell Home for the Aged as set forth
in the Second Codicil of the said last will and testament of said
Lydia Cassell, deceased, duly (admitted to probate and of record
as aforesaid.
To the bequest of one-fifteenth of the residue of her estate to
the Trustees for the Cassell Home for the Aged as set forth, in
the Third Codicil of last will and testament of said Lydia Gas-
sell, deceased, duly admitted to probate and recorded as afore-
said.
