in the Hampstead Bank of Carroll Co., Md., at interest, the sum
of $1,000.00, upon the trust that said principal sum of $1000
shall not be withdrawn, disturbed or expended, and that the in-
terest accruing thereon be paid to St. Mark's Evangelical Luth-
eran Church of Hampstead, Md., for the general expenses of said
Church.''

(d) To the bequest to J. William Kelbaugh, Executor un-
der the will of William Wheeler, late of Carroll Co., deceased, of
all the rest, residue and remainder of the estate of the said Wil-
liam Wheeler with the direction to said Executor that "one-
third thereof shall be deposited in the Hampstead Bank of Car-
roll Co., Md., at interest upon the trust that said principal sum
shall not be withdrawn, disturbed or expended, and that the
interest accruing thereon shall be paid to the Grace Methodist
Episcopal Church of Hampstead Circuit, in Baltimore County,
Maryland, for the general expenses of said Church."

(e) To the bequest to J. William Kelbaugh, Executor un-
der the will of William Wheeler, late of Carroll Co., deceased,
of all the rest, residue and remainder of the estate of the said
William Wheeler with the direction to said executor that '' one-
third thereof shall be deposited in the Hampstead Bank of Car-
roll Co., Md., at interest upon the trust that said principal sum
sihall not be withdrawn, disturbed or expended, and that the
interest accruing thereon shall be paid to Mt. Carmel Method-
ist Episcopal Church of Mt. Carmel, Balto. Co., Md., for the
general expenses of said Church,''

(f) To the bequest to J. William Kelbaugh, executor under
the will of William Wheeler, late of Carroll Co., deceased, of
all the rest, residue and remainder of the estate of the said Wil-
liam Wheeler with the direction to said executor that '' one-third
thereof shall be deposited in the Hampstead Bank of Carroll
Co., Md., at interest upon the trust that said principal sum sihall
not be withdrawn, disturbed or expended, and that the interest
accruing thereon shall be paid to St. Mark's Evangelical Luth-
eran Church of Hampstead, Md., for the general expenses of
said Church."

(4) To the bequest of $1500.00 "to the Trustees of the Meth-
odist Episcopal Church at Bethel, on Sam's Creek, in Carroll
Co., Md., to be by said Trustees safely invested at interest,
and the interest arising "therefrom shall in each and every year,
be used for the double purpose of making a payment on the
preacher's salary at said Church, and for the care and keeping
of my father's grave (Isaiah Devilbiss) in good and creditable
condition, which care and keeping shall also apply to Ms entire
burial lot in the Cemetery at said Church," contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Laura V. Englar, late of Carroll
Co., deceased.
