situate at Perry ville, Cecil Co., Maryland, in Trust, that from
the net income thereof or the proceeds of the sale thereof, there
be expended $50.00 annually for the care of St. Mark's Church
at Aiken, Maryland, and of that portion of grave yard surround-
ing the church in which his relatives are buried; and that the
remainder of said income be devoted to Church and charitable
work in the Parish of Susquehanna in Cecil Co., Maryland. And
further, to the bequest to the Bishop of Dioceise of Easton, Mary-
land, of the sum of $1,000.00 for the erection of a porch to St.
Mark's Church at Aiken, Md., as a memorial to his late wife,
Maud Barnet ChambeHaine, copy of will in the office of the
Register of Wills of Cecil Co.
(1) To the bequest of $250.00 "to The Trustees of St. Mat-
thew's Reformed Church, located: at Pleasant Valley, Carroll
Co., Maryland, the income of which is to be used in keeping up
and repairing my lot and my wife's and my own graves in St.
Matthew's Union Cemetery, at Pleasant Valley, Carroll Co.,
Md.," contained in the last will and testament of John T. Stre-
vig, late of Carroll Co., deceased.
(2) To the bequest of $200.00 "to the Trustees of Mt, Pleas-
ant Cemetery, the income thereof to be used for the upkeep and
care of my burial lot in said Cemetery" contained in the last
will and Testament of Anne J. Klee, late of Carroll Co., de-
ceased.
(3) (a) To the bequest to J. Wm. Kelbaugh, executor under
the last will and testament of William Wheeler, late of Carroll
Co., Deceased, with direction to said Executor 'to deposit in the
Hampstead Bank of Carroll Co., Md., at interest, the sum of
$2000.00, upon the trust that said principal sum of $2000.00
shall not be withdrawn, distributed or expended, and that the
interest accruing- thereon, be paid to the Grace Methodist Epis-
copal Church of Hampstead Circuit, in Baltimore Co., Md., for
the upkeep of the Cemetery, and, if there be more than suffi-
cient income to take care of tie cemetery, then said surplus shall
be used for the general expenses of the diurcih."
(b) To the bequest -to J. Wm. Kelbaugh, Executor under
bhie last will and Testament of William. Wheeler, late of Carroll
Co., deceased, with direction to said executor "to deposit in the
Hampstead Bank of Carroll Co., Md., at interest, the smm of
$1000.00, upon the trust that said principal sum of $1000.00
shall not be withdrawn, distributed o>r expended, and that the
interest accruing thereon be paid to Mt. Carmel Methodist Epis-
copal Church of Mt. Carmel, Balto. Co., Md., for the upkeep of
the cemetery."
(e) To the bequest to J. William Kelbaugh, executor under
the last Will and Testajment of William Wheeler, late of Car-
roll Co., deceased, with direction to said Executor "to deposit
