1926 and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 4548 folio 169 conveying the reversion
and ground rent of $43.50 on No. 819 S. Ellwood Ave.

(d) To the deed from Annabel G. Kline and Floyd M.
Kline, her husband, dated August 19, 1926 and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4621
folio 417 conveying the reversion and ground rent of $80.00
on No. 2019 W. North Ave., Baltimore, Md.

(e) To the deed from the Windsor Construction Co., dated
Aug. 20, 1926 and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4622 folio 257, conveying
three reversions and three annual rents of $90.00 each on
Nos. 5018, 5020 and 5022 "Wakefield Road.

(f) To the deed from Philip S^ Morgan and wife dated
November 5, 1926 and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4657 folio 3, conveying two
reversions and two ground rents of $84.00 and $72.00 respec-
tively arising out of two lots of ground on the Southwest side
of Calverton Road in Baltimore City.

(g) To the deed from the City Real Estate Company dated
January 20, 1927 and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 643 folio 3, conveying
two reversions and two ground rents of $90.00 each arising
out of Lots Nos. 46 and 53 Prospect Ave. in Edmondson Ridge,
Baltimore County, respectively.

(h) To the deed from Maurice L. and Margaret E. Ship-
ley, dated January 12, 1927 and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C- L. No. 4687 folio
30, conveying the reversion and yearly ground rent of $90.00
arising out of No. 3903 Woodbine Ave., Baltimore,, Md.

To the grant, deed, and conveyance from Florence Williams,
et. al., to the Mt. Olivet Methodist Episcopal Church of Mary-
land, dated, Nov. 30,192§ and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 625 folio 369, con-
veying a lot of ground on the Northeast side of Winters Lane
in Catonsville, Balto. Co., fronting 25 ft. on said Lane with an
even depth of 200 ft.

To the grant, assignment and conveyance from Virginia F.
Brown to The Board of Foreign Missions of the United Lu-
theran Church in America dated Feb. 17, 1927 and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City on Feb. 18, 1927,
assigning the property known as No. 132 E. Woodland - Ave.,
Baltimore, Md., subject to the payment of the annual rent of
$60.00.
