ALBERT C. RITCHIE, GOVERNOR. 1495

To the grant, sale conveyance and deed from Edward G.
Churchman et. al. to James Cardinal -Gibbons, Archbishop of
Baltimore, dated the 25th day of June 1903 and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L,
No. 2023 folio 143, conveying a yearly ground rent of $88.88
arising out of property known as No. 607 W. Lexington St.,
Baltimore, Md.

To the grant, sale, conveyance and deed from the Roland
Park Homeland Co., to the Most Reverend Michael J. Curley,
Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole
dated the 21st day of January 1925, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. O. L. No. 4330
folio 254, conveying the tract of land known as Lot No. 1
in Block 37 as shown on the plat of " Homeland," and to the
holding of said tract of land by the said corporation.

To the grant, sale, conveyance deed from Board of Church
Extension of the Methodist Episcopal Church South to Al-
pheus W. Wilson Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church South
Inc., dated Sept. 27,1926, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. 4642 folio 503 &c., and
confirmatory deed from said Board of Church Extension of the
Methodist Episcopal Church South to said Alpheus W. Wil-
son Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church South, Inc., dated
December 11, 1926 and recorded among said Land Records in
Liber S. C. L. No. 4674 folio 306 &e., conveying a lot of land
at the corner of East side of Charles St. Ave. and Southwest
side of University Parkway.

To the grant, sale, conveyance and deed from Thomas J.
Clarke and Blanche M. Clarke, his wife, to Pilgrim Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore City dated December 16, 1926
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 4675 folio 412 &c., conveying the porperty
known as 5100 Denmore Ave., Baltimore City.

To the following grants, deeds and conveyances to the Board
of Deaconess Work of the United Lutheran Church in Amer-
ica, a body corporate:

(a) To the deed from Edward S. Muth and wife dated
May 16, 1924 and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4195 folio 191 conveying
the reversion and yearly rent of $65.00 on No. 247 N. Payson
St., Baltimore, Md.

(b) To the deed from Philip S. Morgan & Co., Inc., dated
January 19, 1925 and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4326 folio 596 conveying
the reversion and ground rent of $84.00 on No. 3810 Plateau
Ave., Baltimore, Md.
