Stanton to the Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman Cath-
olic Archbishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole, dated May
19, 1925, and recorded among the Land Records of Allegany
County in Liber L. L. S. No. 150 folio 527 conveying a tract
of land containing sixteen and five-eights acres of land located
in' Allegany Co.

To the grant, sale, conveyance and lease from The Gary
Manufacturing Co. of Maryland, a body corporate, to the Most
Reverend Michael J. Curly, Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore, dated Jan. 29, 1927, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore Co. on Feb. 3, 1927, demising and leas-
ing one and one-quarter acres of land, more or less, located at
Alberton in Baltimore Co.
To the bequest of $200.00 contained in the last Will and
Testament of Susanna Hoover, late of Carroll Co., deceased,
recorded among Records of the Orphans' Court for Carroll Co.
in Will Record W. F. B. No. 13, folio 298, to the Trustees of
St. Peter's Church in Baltimore County.
(a) To the bequest in the will of Carrie E. Nelson, deceased,
to the Trustees of the Hereford Baptist Church, under the
residuary clause of said Will of the reversion of a lot of ground
in Baltimore City known as No. 600 N. Payson St., and the
ground rent of $65.00 incident, isuing and payable out of said
lot of ground and improvements thereon, said will being record-
ed in the Office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in
Liber E. R. D. No. 150, folio 480.
(b) To the gift and bequest in the Will of Carrie E. Nelson,
deceased, who departed this life on October 8, 1924, to said
Trustees under the residuary clause of said Will, of a 14 un-
divided interest in the reversion in and to a lot of ground in
Baltimore' City known as No. 1825 N. Appleton St., and a Vi
undivided interest in the ground rent of $65.00 incident, issuing
and payable out of said lot of ground and the improvements
thereon, said Will being recorded in the Office of the Register
of Wills for Baltimore City in Liber E. R. D. No. 150, folio 480.
To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
Sarah J. May, late of Baltimore City, deceased, of $100.00 to,
the Methodist Episcopal Protestant Church in Chesapeake City,
Maryland, duly admitted to probate and of record at the Office
of The Register of Wills in Cecil County.
To the bequest of $5,000 to Evangelical Reformed Church of
Frederick, Md., Contained in the will of Ella V. Houck, pro-
bated Jan. 22, 1925, and recorded in the Offijce of the Register
of Wills of Frederick Co. ,in Liber G. E .S. 1, page 358.
