nance in perpetuity of the graves of herself and family, and
any balance to be used generally for the purpose of the Church.

To the gift, grant and bequest of the sum of $5,000.00 to
St. Paul's and St. John's Methodist Episcopal Church South,
of Baltimore City by Oliver C. Simmont, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, by his last will and testament, dated the 2nd
day of July, 1925, and recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills, Book No. 154, page 271,
E. R. D., and that the right and ownership of said bequest and
to the money thereby bequeathed, vest absolutely in said church,
its successors and assigns, to its and their own use and behoof.

To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
Lewis J. Lederer, late of Baltimore City, deceased and of
record in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City
in Wills Liber B. R. D., No. 155, folio 57 &c., to the legacy
of $2,000.00 to the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the In-
carnation of Baltimore City; and to a deed from Harriet S.
Lederer and the Colonial Trust Company, Trustees under the
last will and testament of Lewis J. Lederer, to the said The
Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Incarnation of Baltimore
City, dated May 8, 1926, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L., No. 4571, folio 257 &c.

To the gift, grant, devise and bequest to "the Corporate
Board of Finance of the Baltimore Annual Conference of the
Methodist Episcopal Church South of Baltimore City" by
Oliver C. Simmont, late of Baltimore City, deceased, by his
last will and testament, dated on or about July 2nd, 1925, and
recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in "Wills" E. R. D. Book No. 154, folio 271, of all the
rest and residue of his property and estate, including therein
the amount of any of the legacies of bequests in said will
specially given which may have lapsed by virtue of the death
of any of the beneficiaries thereof in the lifetime of said testa-
tor.

To the grant, sale and conveyance by way of mortgage of
a certain fee simple lot of ground in Baltimore City, situated
at the distance of 245 feet more or less east of Carrollton Ave.,
on the south side of Fayette St., to "The Trustees of St.
Pauls Methodist Episcopal Church South, Baltimore City,"
by the Trustees of Morning Star Baptist Church of Baltimore
City, by its deed of mortgage, dated on or about the 7th day
of March 1925, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City, on or about said date (March 7th, 1925) in or
about Liber S. C. L. No. 4348, folio 565.
