City," a body corporate, of the corpus or principal of the
several sums, or funds, given in trust to Mercantile Trust and
Deposit Co. of Baltimore and Webster Bell by the 8th, 9th,
10th, llth, 12th, 13th and 14th items of said Will for the sev-
eral lives of the respective beneficiaries named in the said
items respectively, said devises and bequests to take effect in
possssion and enjoyment in said corporation as to each there-
of upon the death of the beneficiary for whose life the same is
given to said Trustees, viz:
To the gift, grant, devise and bequest to the said corpora-
tion of the corpus or principal given to said Trustees for the
life of said Testator's sister-in-1aw, Florence R. Bankard, of
$25,000.
To the gift, grant, devise and bequest to the said corpora-
tion, of the corpus or prinicpal given to said Trustees for the
life of said Testator's sister-in-1aw, Margaret S. Bankard, of
$10,000.
To the gift, grant, devise and bequest to the said corpora-
tion of the corpus or principal given to said Trustees for
the life of said Testator's sister-in-1aw, Mrs. Elizabeth B. Stans-
bury, of $10,000.
To the gift, grant devise and bequest to the said corpora-
tion of the corpus or. principal given to said Trustees for
the life of said Testator's aunt, Adelaide Simmont, of $12,000.
To the gift, grant, devise and bequest to the said corpora-
tion of the corpus or principal given to said Trustees for
the life of said Testator's aunt, Carrie Simmont, of $12,000.
To the gift, grant, devise and bequest to the said corpora-
tion of the corpus or principal given to said Trustees for
the life of said Testator's aunt, Emma Simmont, of $12,000;
and that the subject matter of said gifts, grants devises and
bequests vest absolutely in said body corporate "the Corporate
Board of Finance of the Baltimore Annual Conference of the
Methodist Episcopal Church South of Baltimore City," its
successors and assigns, and their own exclusive use and be-
hoof.
To the devise and bequest made by and contained in the
last will and testament of Catherine Dougherty, late of Har-
ford County, deceased, dated the 23rd day of October, 1918,
and on record in the Orphans' Court of Harford County among
Wills Records of said County in Liber J. A. No. 16, folio 254,
to the Southern Methodist Episcopal Church situate near the
village of Dublin, Harford Co., Maryland, for the mainte-
